Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Re: E15

#2 most likely. It was a Rotax restriction before for 5% ethanol which has recently been updated to 10% ethanol.
However, you should clearly ask Sky Arrow if the rest of the fuel system is ready for 10% ethanol. Car gas in the US has many other issues besides ethanol and you will find different results with different suppliers in different climates (formulations for winter versus summer etc.)
