Geeze - my CFI just doesn't have his PP CFI cert because he got tired of all the medical hassle he had to go through and that's the only reason he's not doing PP instruction. He has been doing this for so long he's forgotten more than he's learned...

Yep, at this point that is exactly what it means. We are all hoping that changes, because this is a change from an earlier interpretation. Your solo time counts.

Whoa whoa whoa! So what does that mean exactly? I'm about ready to do my check-ride for my Sport license and would like for my training to count towards to PP license. I'd have to get all sorts of new dual training time?
