This is my understanding.
A S-LSA must be fully factory built
A E-LSA must be a factory 'kit' of a factory S-LSA.
The Flying Flea does not have a S-LSA version, so if the plane is built within the limits of a LSA (speed, weight, etc) if can be flown by a sport pilot, but it would have to be registered as E/AB (Experimental/ Amateur Built).
