It's probably because Rotax was only approved for 5% ethanol up until about a month or so ago and they haven't changed the manual yet, but you'll still need an LOA if the manual hasn't been changed and they don't just refer you back to the engine manual. You'll also want to check to be sure the ethanol won't eat up the material the gas tank is made of on the SA.

2) They're relying on some prior ROTAX restriction, or,
3) There's something else in the Sky Arrow fuel system that might not
like more than 5% ethanol.
I do my best to find fuel with less than 10% ethanol. Many of the
pumps around here (N GA and TN) say "up to 10% ethanol", implying that
there might be less.
I try to seek out stations that don't say that, but I'm not sure that
lack of an ethanol warning is any guarantee there's no ethanol in the
fuel.
