engine/prop/instruments. Now if AMD decided that was the only way THEY
were going to allow IFR in the MFR limitations, that's an MFR decision,
not an FAA decision.
Now I also believe the ASTM is working on a standard for IFR sLSA
limitations which will change this for all future craft after the
standard is published.
