Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group When is an LSA NOT an LSA?

I'd have to agree with you Don. If the paperwork (Airworthiness Cert)
reflects the included model I believe you would be OK with one caveat.
As long as there are no STC's that include increased Max Gross Weight as
a part of the STC you would again be OK- much as you state-

"AND does not now exceed the LSA prequisites, it is an LSA."
