I have a Patent Pending on a wing design that opens a slot in the leading edge supplying needed air to simultaneously deployed vortex generators located more aft on the wing. The wing promises to further reduce stall speed without increasing drag because the wing geometry is not changed. Deployment could be manual or automatic and it could be on a selected wing (port or starboard) based on need.
