Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Re:Gobosh 700S

We have two of them at Charlotte County Airport, Punta Gorda, Florida.  And they seem to be very active trainers.  They have a number of qualified instructors - and a number of locations across Florida.

I prefer my 'poor man's' flying machine:  The Challenger II.  About 1/5th the cost and American made!

I'm forming a 'flying club' around my used Challenger.  And use that as the cornerstone of a Children's Aviation Center/ Alternative Energy Laboratory. Visit www.navalairestates.com for more information.

Mainly just trying to get Abid to recognize reality.
In this case, that ["Abid" apollonorthamerica@ yahoo.com] filled in a form telling the FAA
that the aircraft was manufactured by "apollonorthamerica " .

Like I said to Gary, there is no fun trying to drag Abid into reality, just damn hard work.

Peter, it's not an admission of liability, merely admission Abid told FAA they were
the manufacturer. (when he filled in the paperwork registering the aircraft)
Abid has now confused the issue claiming -maybe- his partner Larry filled
in that paperwork, but it's 90% likely Abid did.
And it's 90% likely Abid -knows- he did.

Cheers,
Mike

Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Re: Leaving group

Mark
If you have a Rotax question, you might want to try the Rotax group.

Re: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Re: Apollo North American notat fault in Fatal inflight breakup!

Jay: I'm curious about the mods being mandated. Is a person allowed to fly their plane back to the factory to get the mods done or do they have to get them done locally? Do you know yet who pays for the work? I still haven't read a clear explanation of what is causing the in-flight break-ups. Is it aileron "flutter" or are people just pulling the wings off doing stupidly high G maneuvers?

You did seem to take great pleasure in pointing out the Zodiac's
misfortunes. As I said, you're in no position to throw rocks, and that's
exactly what it looks like you did from here.
