Wesley,
Given the low volumes of planes these factories sell,
I'm always amazed they can charge so little for them.
They must be skating through on the bones of their butt,
and are at risk all the time of going out of business.
They should -up- their prices about 30 to 50% to be sure
they have a comfortable margin, the business remains profitable,
and they'll be -there-for-us- well into the future.
Also, if their prices were any lower then every Tom Dick and Harry
would be out there buying planes, overworking the factories,
and cluttering up the skies,
not to mention over-taxing our scarce resources of flight-instructors.
So, we have to be careful what we wish for.
Cheers,
Mike
