Nope. If you're happy, and satisfied that it meets the regs, then have at
it. You're the examiner, after all.

And a damned good one it was, too! (unsolicited testimonial) I'll fly with
you anytime.
Obviously, if Richard's trike meets 91.109(a) enough to satisfy a CFI, and
61.45 enough to satisfy a DPE, then that's what counts. Being an airplane
guy, I'll defer to the trike expert. (And Jim qualifies...did you ever find
a CFI closer than a day's drive away to get a flight review done?)
