Also... don't forget your local (and even not so local) EAA chapters. They usually have newsletters and event calendars you can tap into.
Also... the Colorado Pilots' Association has a very comprehensive event calendar. You can contact them at http://coloradopilots.org/. They also have a newsletter.
Also... contact flying clubs. Ours (Skyraider Aviation - www.skyraideraviation.com) is always looking for someplace to fly. We were at the grand opening of PWAM's new hangar a few months back.
