Ya, your probable right. I'm pretty happy with my Kawasaki 440, and I have a Rotax 447 still in the box. Just would like to get some of that fuel sipper 4 stroke GPH.

I look at this this way. . ..  For many years, General Aviation tried to "soup up" their engines bringing another 20+HP to a regular engine. . .and that did just one thing. . ..MOH decreased cramatically every time.   Now, You take a look at a standard 55 HP engine. . .(like a Rotex)  They have been tried and trued for  many many years.  They are heavy, yeah. . .But don't you think they tried to make them stronger and lighter?   Now you take a look at this engine here. . .It weights 55 POUNDS and produces 80 HP.  That is a extremely LIGHT engine with BIG HP.     Just my personal worthless 2 cents. . . I would NOT spend ANY money on such an engine, until it has been out for quite some time.     1. I seriously doubt if it will hold up very well.     2. Chances are, it may be a rough running engine. . .maybe not. . .I don't know, but 80 hp in such a light case is something else!    3. If you want to chance the "Bugs" that it will have, then go buy it.  But there is a reason why I don't jump on the band wagon, just because it is the latest and greatest.  Especially when it comes to that engine being responsible for keeping me up in the air. . .    Just my worthless 2 cents. . .
