Two things:

1. They recognize a good investment when they see one and US companies
have often proven a good investment

2. The Chinese government is beginning to open up airspace over China
for general aviation. Considering the growth wealth of the average
Chinese citizen, the size of the country, and the geographic barriers to
travel in China, GA has a huge potential for growth in China
