customer before I even walk up to a booth. Sad.
What's even more sad is how prevalent this attitude is in the flight
instructing industry. The one good thing about this recession is that
at least around here, it forced most of the schools with this sort of
customer service out of business leaving those of us who strive to treat
our customers with respect.
