Chiming in a bit late, FWIW:
To Bill's advice (ask an accountant or qualified tax person ) I would add this:
Ask MORE THAN ONE lawyer, tax person, or accountant.
I've learned the hard way that "professionals" such as those can vary in qualify and knowledge and ability to give you the answer you need (rather than the answer that covers THEIR ass.)
In many states if you call the state bar association (or get on their website) for a referral to a tax law specialist you can get a free or very-low-cost half hour consult.

In California you are suppose to voluntarily report on your tax forms your
purchases during the year from the Internet. Voluntarily is the word.
Question comes down to if they are able to get evidence of your purchases or if
they use a formula based upon others who have built aircraft in Ohio and
what your states tax laws allow.
I would consult with an accountant or qualified tax person who is educated
on the laws in Ohio to get an idea what you should do. Unless there is
anyone else out there in Ohio who has experience.
