Re: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group State Sales Tax

Bob,

It is agrowing trend for states to request the payment of sales tax for items
purchased via the internet (weither the seller has a presence within the state
or not does make a difference as to who has to pay the sales tax.)

Not all (money grubbing greedy) states have taken the 'tax internet sales'
approach, but more and more are doing so.
