Longer cross country, and a few little things like that.

Did you fly the plane to the checkride? If so, yes, that would be an issue, because you can't solo a plane without a properly endorsed/valid student pilot certificate.

Yes, acceptable.

Before the 1st time you solo it, before cross country trips, and every 90 days... no different than the sport pilot days
