Get them to agree on the plan.
The situation:
That particular airport....
That particular plane....
With it's engine known to have just been replaced....
The challenge:
To test fly it in such a way, that if the engine fails
within the first 20 minutes, we can glide to a safe landing.

By the time they are finished they will have a -good- plan.
And I'm sure if the ATP guy who crashed in St Augustine
could have been in on this plan, he would have done okay.
