One week end he brought Tom Purcell and his parawing on floats and we put it in the James river, I drove the tow boat ( that was a real hot rod) and Tom rode withe me as Dr. Rogallo flew the parawing, we used my run-about boat as a chase. we had a lot of fun going up and down the James

The sea breezes have not yet started this Spring. On a normal summer afternoon, the winds would probably be too strong for these guys to operate confortably. They were curteous and seemed to make all the right radio calls, but they were hard as hell to see. My Vag has a more basic panel than many of your light sport aircraft so, yes, I do look out the windows.
