I would ask at this point if Bruce knows what LSA is all about. What is involved. You would think he is trying to experimentally upgrade LSA craft. Like Abid says, it can't be done without manufactures and FAA's approvals.

First turbines are better off at high altitude otherwise they use so much fuel. Second it doesn't matter because they are simply barred from being on a LSA. You do know that right?
