Sorry, I was trying to be humorously sarcastic.  Obviously it didn't come through.

Personally, I like the Rotax.  I also am intrigued by the Jaibaru 3300 although haven't flown one.

They both seem like pretty good engines to me.

There was a Jab installed on a Rans and was sold on Barnstormers.

If only I had $135K laying around that I didn't know what to do with.....  :D

Unfortunately if you want a reliable light aircraft engine (which allows for a realistic useful load in the LSA), you really do not have much of a choice.
