Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group First annual

I'm preparing my (new to me) plane for the annual inspection. I'm not sure of what they check and would like to make it a positive, easy adventure.

What do they check?

I have found things on the plane like 4 washers on a bolt instead of the limit of 3. Should I replace the bolts before the inspection?

What paper work do I need ? I have the AROW, but the plane (AB-ELSA) didn't have a POH or flight manual.

Do I need a radio station lic. ?
