Starflight or TX for that matter just needs a retractable tail skid to make the plane sit on all three wheels to load. That part is simple and may add about 3# overall weight to the plane. An MX or Starflight sitting level should be at the right height for a transfer from a wheel chair. About transporting a wheel chair it really depends on whether you are flying the pattern or going somewhere. Roger P
