Re: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Foreign owned aviation companies

Liability is a huge and unfair advantage for foreign companies compared to the US ones.
But I think Lyle was asking about companies like Cessna which are headquartered here in the US. They would still be liable for C162 regardless if they are using a Chinese factory.
Liability is a whole different topic and plays a major role in how at least I decide to do what and in what way here in the US. I have never seen anything but basic lip service paid to this topic by American politicians regardless of party affiliation. Its pretty pathetic.
