Re: Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group RV-12 For Training

I think the S-LSA is at the factory and I think they are not that interested in selling S-LSA out in the world to just anyone. Their main business is to sell E-LSA kits.
You can train with a CFI in your own E-LSA airplane if the CFI is willing to train you. Insurance would be nice but if you as the owner don't want it, its not required. However, some airports required 3rd party liability insurance from anyone who hangers there
