Not required in Arizona. Dumb not to have at least Liab, I suspect there are those with out it?

I don't think it is smart to not get liability insurance. That said, is there a list of which states require liability coverage for private aircrafts. There is no such requirement in North Carolina.

Most states mandate liability insurance and I think all banks require
hull insurance if you plan to finance the purchase.
