Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group VIDEO: Stearman biplane flips, shuts down DCA

Departures from Washington-Regan National's longest runway were halted today after a Stearman bi-plane flipped on arrival.

Look like his brakes were locked up when he touched down. That was a lot of smoke coming off the tires.

On the other hand the AOPA is reporting this like this.

I'm new and still learning but I dont know if this should be called a ground loop.
