Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Kneeboard Question

I have a full-size kneeboard and find that it interferes with stick movement on the LSAs that I fly. I've tried it on the left leg and the right, but it usually ends up behind me in the baggage compartment.

I have seen a small model that goes on your wrist, and that looks intriguing. I would like to ask if anyone has tried one of those, or in general how you handle kneeboards in the LSAs.
