They list the ELSA.

> I am getting the feeling that people are confusing terms. I thought ELSA and SLSA were being talked about, and then E-AB got tossed into the mix. You canâ™t take anything and turn it into an E-AB. If you build from scratch (plans built), no problem, but if you take an existing aircraft model (SLSA, for example) and assemble the parts yourself, that doesnâ™t necessarily qualify it to be registered as an E-AB. The reason there are a zillion RVâ™s out there is that they have been approved as a kit. I built a trike once that came that way, in a box of about a million pieces. It was not an approved kit so I could not register E-AB. A couple of years later, I built an Air Cam which came in maybe less pieces because I had the fuselage prebuilt to save time and it was registered E-AB because it was an approved kit. (Disclaimer: The numbers were made up because thatâ™s about how it feels sometimes. haha Exact numbers wasnâ™t the point.)
