Were these registered under the exception allowed before January 31, 2008 and thus no longer allowed?

I purchased a ELSA kit from them and built it. I have it flying and registered as an ELSA. Contact them an see if anything has changed as I know they have a new owner. Iknow of five other Bushcaddy ELSA's out there.
