Sounds like you have received a lot of good advice from people in the know. Yes, we understand you would not pass a physical and no longer would qualify as a PP. Yes, even though it maybe a gray area if you have a drivers license you qualify to fly under the sport pilot rules. If you personal concern is that your medical conditions might hinder your ability to be a pilot then don't fly any longer. If you wish to continue to fly and would like to talk with experts then follow the advice people have given you on this blog. Your were clear enough in your concerns and we understood what you were telling us. There is not much else I think anyone on this blog can tell you other then what has already been written.
