Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Re: I need help

I know a guy that sued the faa for discrimenation claming gravitationally challanged people   should be given a allowance to make ther ultralite heaver so it would be at least as safe to fly as a lighter persons is to fly. any body know who that person was?

 ill give you a hint   his signature was on moor instructors  wavers  granting the privlige to fly than any man in the USA.
