Follow up... I have a picture of 580 lbs of meat with doors in my SLSA closed with extra room, not much however. One was a little over 300 lbs and the other was 6' 4". Neither could fit in a 152 or a Kitfox after having just tried to do so at the Marysville airshow. So I believe it can be done. The 152 is cramped. It should have never had two seats. Maybe a shoe shine stool would be better in there. :-)
