I think it was $100 when I bought my plane and they it included a full
title search for liens and such as well as the bill of sale and all of
the rest of the legal paperwork needed to transfer a plane. It's been
several years, but I presume they still have this service available. I
also noted on their web site they now have a sample sales agreement you
can use for free.
