eligible unless you see their paperwork showing what spec's it was register as. Since a
person can modify any E/AB during the construction phase however s/he likes and they can put
an arbitrary gross weight on it so it is up to you to look over their paperwork to see if it
qualifies. One plane that has interested me is a Breezy, as advertised it doesn't qualify
due to the fact that it is listed as a 3 place, but if you build it yourself and only put
two seats in it and limited the gross weight to 1320 it would qualify. So look closely and
remember once register with specs outside of SP legal it cannot be changed back.
