cheking intercomis a good idea. i use the same radio

/I have a raidoshak nouse filter that they do not sell any longer but can be had at a auto suply store.  i has a diferent issu in the winter for 3 years now the numbers turn all arabic or something and it plays am twang music, some times it turns on fine and looks ok but when you kee the mike it gets all funky and will not transmitor recive but in the spring it coms back and works fine.
