Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group Microair M760 Radio help

I have been chasing this radio problem for a year and a half now. Radio x-mits fine with engine off, but nothing at all with engine running.

Info: 582 (R-plugs) checked engine to battery ground,engine to airframe wire (10ga). bought new battery, tried wiring direct to battery, moved the antenna, sent the radio out for a factory check-(ok to 30mi) put a 1000f capacitor on power line (suggested). transmit button lights when pushed...

any ideas???
