Months ago, I tried to organize a Sport Pilot Emergency Locator list. The response was overwhelmingly positive but with my work commitments, I was never actually prepared to publish the list.
To get the ball rolling AGAIN, I just initiated a Yahoo Group called "Sport Pilot Emergency Locator" at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Sport_Pilot_Emergency_Locator/
I'd like to invite you to join this group as I've instituted Yahoo's new "People Map" function. When you become a member of this Yahoo Group, on the lower left hand side of the home page you'll see "Applications". Select that and then select "People Map". Once there, you can "add entry" on upper right hand side. I think you'll find this new app VERY interesting!
Another interesting feature is that in the "Links" section of the home page, we're thinking of putting our "spot Tracker" links so club members can follow our flights when we're up.
