Hi Bob,
Can you tell us a little more about how your flying club is set up? I have been contemplating the same sort of thing, but looking for ideas as to how to do it. One of the issues I'm trying to get around is the ELSA being used as a trainer thing, and a club seems a way to do that as the student is then getting instruction in an aircraft he is part owner of instead of renting.

We have two of them at Charlotte County Airport, Punta Gorda, Florida. And they seem to be very active trainers. They have a number of qualified instructors - and a number of locations across Florida.I prefer my 'poor man's' flying machine: The Challenger II. About 1/5th the cost and American made!I'm forming a 'flying club' around my used Challenger. And use that as the cornerstone of a Children's Aviation Center/ Alternative Energy Laboratory.
