Actually No. It was kit built grandfathered E-LSA trike from Krucker Manufacturing in Canada with a European wing on it and it did not break up in flight either till it went negative for over many seconds (Rotax 582 quit due to fuel starvation in negative G's) in a "weight" shift control aircraft. (weight being the key word).
Rick, what is your point. Are you still dreaming that this FAA recommendation "was not necessary" while UK CAA and now FAA both say that these planes should not go to the air till these structural modifications are made?
