If you are accepting this is factual than what is your problem or point exactly and what is exactly your intent. Kill the messenger?
I am sorry Chris Heintz's design that you built and flew for a very short while is turning out to have some real suspect flaws at posted gross weights and V speed limits they would like to use but it -not- anyone elses fault.
Next time anyone would like to call UK CAA, FAA, Dutch CAA all uninformed, speculative idiots, perhaps the place to look at first should be in the mirror.
AND furthermore, next time before you jump on someone who posted the link the manufacturer themselves put out that tells of the FAA's recommendation to ground the airplane model till structural mods are made ... if you'd like to call that demeaning to that aircraft model or whatever, then perhaps you should ask the manufacturer/designer (Zenith) why they posted the SD in the first place and not kill the messenger.
Good weekend.
