Yes I ban see where sustained inverted, negative G flight in a trike is the same as the wings falling off while on take-off climb.

Abib, if your company name is on the FAA paperwork, and someone does stunts, flys into a tree, building, another aircraft, runs out of fuel or just good ole crashes, then your at fault. So there it's settled!
