Why do you feel it is not your own responsibility to 'edit/update' your own profile?, or do you not know how? What ever the reason is...I think you should do it yourself. If you do not know how, ask. It certainly isn't difficult and you might learn something in the process(like how a community forum operates!). As someone else on this board said(more than once)keep the change!
