I originally got two simple answers and thought that was great, then It got complicated.
I didn't ask about SLSAs, Certified Aircraft, Airspace, transponders, or even plain ESLAs. That's fine if you want to add them in, but it changed the course of the post and then it turned in to a lecture of how much I don't know about FAR rules.
I was using this group as a resource for questions that I was wondering about, I thought that's what it was for. I know it's opinion based and can sort the information I get as to it's reliability.
I will review the FARs when I get a moments time, and I'm sure I will have more questions then.
bear with me,
Rod

( http://www.faa.org ) If you take general advise in here and it's wrong, the FAA could care less. Your plane, your ticket every pilot should know for sure.
