You didn't see my other post.. Apparently the FAA has (or will) knock that down, saying that Rotax can't make that requirement. Sure, mechanics & repairmen still have to have "prior experience", but it apparently does not need to be "Rotax approved" courses. Sure, Rotax could possibly deny warranty claims I suppose.
