Light-Sport Aircraft Yahoo group goat airchair gliders

My name is Rex Avery and i am new to this group.I have just finished my third plane a volksplane1 and am looking at the goat4 glider as my next project.My problem is the construction,Has any one built one using a more conventional method maybe a mixture of wood or carbon and aluminium etc? Is there any one living any where near sacramento who has built one, or is building one that i can look at?Idont want to start a project that i will not finish
