No.
We are not here to change long-standing Part H (200 hrs).
Just here to check if the 150 hrs for Part K was reasonable.
As Lyle points out, it is.
Regarding "voting"... had General Aviation been polled on whether
there should be a "Sport Pilot" or not, there would probably not
have been a "Sport Pilot".
Everyone has to protect their own turf, and their own sky.
