Yeah,
half of those polled said no. But at least the other three-quarters said yes!
(That's factoring in all the re-peaters clearing their cookies and voting again and again...)

It's still a pretty good result for a poll on a CFI forum.

I'm inclined to believe that the FAA will make some more adjustments on this. So far we've done pretty well with "repositionable gear" and max altitude going to 2,000 AGL.
