Maybe they should say, "It's an LSA that has been modified so it can get across the ocean and is being flown by pilots who have licenses that permit flying an airplane that weighs more than 1320 pounds."? Would that be OK?
At least that's how I see it. It's an LSA. Long range tanks have been fitted for a special long range flight.

Yes, of course its not.. EAA should not be promoting it as some "LSA feat". That's all I was trying to say.
