We need to get a look at the tail (I am talking about the airplane here not girls, even though its true of them too), if the tail is designed correct the spin re covery is no problem, much work was done by NASA on the yankee by Jim Patton.  He done at least 1,000 spins with instrumention on the airplane and  he had a spin recovery chute that was needed several times.
